Through the generosity of an anonymous donor, we have 4 summer camp scholarships available! Each one covers the camp fee plus all needed supplies. If your child is interested in sewing but the cost would be a hardship, please call the store and speak with one of our teachers, Sylvia or Kathy.

Camp: Sew Your Own Kitty Cat Instructor: Kathy Ages: 10-18, no sewing experience required Price: $150 for 15 hours of instruction & fun Sew your own kitty cat stuffie using fabric of your choice, then make a comfy bed for your new pet. A toy mouse will be the optional project if time allows. |

Camp: Teen Time Instructor: Sylvia Ages: 12-18, previous camp experience required Price: $150 for 15 hours of instruction & fun Bring whatever sewing project you want to work on (a bag, a garment, a stuffie, etc.), and Sylvia will guide you as you sew, helping you with any techniques or problems with which you might be struggling. |

Camp: Beginning Quilting Instructor: Kathy Ages: 10-18, previous camp experience required Price: $150 for 15 hours of instruction & fun Choose a bunch of quilting cottons in colors and prints you like, piece them together, add batting & backing, and quilt it all together for a cozy, throw-sized blanket. Your chosen fabric must be provided to the instructor at least one week before camp so that she has time to rotary cut the rectangles and squares prior to the first class. |
